Data Entry Clerk

The Role

The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible to input data accurately in a timely manner and to ensure databases are up to date.

Main duties

  • Process daily returns on system as per related invoice & loading sheet.
  • Liaise with respective client to obtain information whenever needed.
  • Liaise and communicate with Sales Representatives for approval of clients’ credit notes.
  • Submit approved Return Inwards to Accounts department for final processing and follow up.

Required skills / Qualifications

  • SC/HSC Holder
  • Minimum 1-year experience as Clerk or similar role
  • Well versed with MS Office & Outlook
  • Meticulous & Attention to details
  • Fast typing skills
