The Goods Vehicle Driver will be required to operate a goods vehicle to perform deliveries at required destinations and assist in loading and unloading of trucks.
Main duties
Operate a goods vehicle truck to perform deliveries of goods at required destinations/clients.
Ensure that all deliveries of goods are done in a safely and timely manner.
Assist in loading and unloading of trucks.
Pads, stacks, and secures items in truck to prevent damage during trip.
Keep vehicle clean in line with HACCP regulations.
Report maintenance issues encountered to your reporting line.
Check fuel level and refill on a daily basis.
Perform routine checks on vehicles prior to usage.
