The Customer care Clerk will be responsible for taking orders from clients, input the orders on a database and issue final invoices for deliveries to clients.
Main duties
Product Knowledge – Take inventory stock every day, propose client with alternate products, replacement of items or perform cross-selling whenever needed.
Inform client on missing products on the eve of delivery.
Liaise and work closely with sales representative for clients’ orders under sales representative’s responsibility
Liaise with customers to take orders.
Input client’s orders on system in a timely manner for preparation process by Warehouse.
Issue final invoices with correct quantity as per picking slips.
Report to Supervisor on all customers discontent and complaints on a daily basis.
Maintain and update the customer database.
Required skills / Qualifications
SC/HSC Holder
Minimum 1-year experience as Clerk
Able to multitask, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
